Best Audio System For A Small Apartment

4 posts in this topic

Hi All, I would like to know what kind of speaker system would be the best for classical listening for a small apartment setting. The living room is 12'6" X 11'8" that opens up into a small dinning room and kitchen. I'm also looking for something to put in both rooms that would sound amazing. I forgot to mention that I want detail. An example of what I want is when I hear an orchestra, I might hear the conductor foot tapping or if the violinist took a breath or the pianist got off

Good day and welcome to the forum .

"Klipsch referance series speakers" are one of the most  detailed speakers I have ever heard.

I like clear lifelike sound with NO distortion ,no matter what the vollume . Some people say that they are "over bright" But they are not used to hearing crystal clear undistorted extreem detail from speakers .

That is why I have them in my own home.

If you heard them you would have no other speaker in your house.

They are realy not all that expensive .Look them up on the net

Go for the max you can afford on speakers , that is the guide that i used .

Let us know how you go.or you need more details.....................Alan

A budget would help. Do you have a receiver or anything to drive the speakers with?
