Hello
just ran across this forum the other night and thought I would join in
I am retired due to back and cancer so I am building my home
stereo so I have something to listen to when at home .
this is what I have so far .
4 Magnepan 2.7qr's
4 Marantz MA-700 mono block amps
Denon DCM 390 cd player
Denon tuner
Bryston pre amp
ADC Sound Shaper Two 24 band eq
2 Paradigm PS1200 powered subs for my base
hope to add more here next month we will se lol .

Welcome! I've always wanted to hear a set of Magnepans. I think they are manufactured close to me here in MN.

I have been looking at a pioneer rt-909 I think would look good in the rack then I may add a cdr unit so I can make my cds .

Reel to Reel players look so cool. I just imagine it must be hard to come across the tapes though.
Tascam makes really nice CD recorders. They are the brand of choice where I work when it comes to CD recording.

I stepped into Innovox when I was picking up some speakers, but that was the only place I have been to. Magnepan would be legit.
