One other thing. You sure you want to build a house right now?? IMO there are so many sweet buys right now that financially it is an "interesting" decision. I realize that is off topic, but you don't need to get locked into something and be upside down at your age.
Really you great job dear, i completely agree with you....

Looks like mike has led me to a great buy

Then i would just need to pick up a an Adcom GFA-535 for the ZDTs.

Should be pretty baller! I really want to see/hear those ZDTs so bad. How much do they end up costing at the any of the day anyways? I should try and talk the shop owner into building a set for the store....

i'm figuring they should cost ~600 complete.
Parts alone are ~450.
Needless to say I'm probably going to have to put the breaks on the ZDTs for a little bit. Probably build them when i get my tax return.

Look plain Jane right now, but I am guessing it's only a matter of time.
I think i saw one of the pups on the couch next to the guy who looks like my younger brother. Haha

Yup they are on the couch passed out. That is my younger brother. Playing Temple Run lo
That game is addicting.
Looks like i should receive the 821 and satelite speaker mounts on thursday. So i should be able to have my surround sound in by the Superbowl!
Going to try to get a couple of the wires run throughout the week.
